Clocks- 3 (Three): (1) Seth Thomas Clock Co., Thomaston, Conn., "Arch Top" mantel clock, 8 day, time and strike, spring driven movement in a rosewood veneered case, c1880; (2) Seth Thomas Clock Co., Thomaston, Conn., "Tudor No. 1" cottage clock, 8 day, time and strike, spring driven movement in a walnut veneer case, c1879. (3) Ansonia Clock Co., NY, mantel clock, 8 day, time and strike, spring driven movement with visible escapement in a shelf form case made of walnut and walnut veneer with painted panels, c1920.
CONDITION:
(1) Small veneer loss on the arch and base. Paper dial has been replaced. Correct style of "S" and "T" hands. Stopworks partially missing. (2) Small losses to original finish. Small veneer loss on front of base. Painted dial has losses around mounting screws and center arbor hole. Good inner label. Many interesting retailer and repair labels. Stopworks partially missing. (3) Some cracking and lost veneer on top edge of clock. Dial with small scratches. Dimensions are for the Arch Top (1) .
